We ask that our new clients come to appointments at least 10 minutes early. This will ensure that they are able to complete the necessary paper work. Our new client form, medical record transfer request, surgery consent form, and euthanasia form are available on the website as a pdf download. If you are able, please print the required form(s), fill the form and bring to appointment with you.
We ask our clients to please notify us as soon as possible if they are going to be delayed or unable to keep their appointment. This will allow us to make the necessary adjustments so that everyone is seen on time. We ask that our clients please be patient with us as sometimes we have emergency cases that will cause a delay. Please understand that we will do our very best to make sure you are seen promptly.
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Debit. We do not offer charge accounts.
It is our policy that services are paid for before the discharge of our patients. The person(s) picking up the pet is responsible for the payment of the account.
